thanx to physical therapy
as some of you may know, a few weeks ago, while training with marciel "the garden snake" i injured my knee pretty bad. i was on crutches for a week and my knee was the size of a melon. To be honset i'm still not completely sure what exactly i did to it, but who cares cause almost 100% again, thanks to Hector and the physical therapy i've been doing with him for the past 3 weeks. Sorry i didnt make it to Naga, and congrats to those who competed.
i will be back to the gym this monday, cant wait to see eveyrbody again -c sorry for spelling errors

Connor, it has been my pleasure to treat you and to help you get back to this awesome sport!! Charles, wow, you dont mess around. I really appreciate you putting my name out there and your support for our new buisiness. Thank You!! For those of you who dont know, my wife and I are going to be opening our own physical therapy practice here in Boca. We signed the lease on friday and hope to be open for buisiness within the next month or so. We plan on providing PT and wellness, for those who are more interested in more in depth training outside of a gym. This forum will be for all of us, myself included who have any questions or comments regarding their aches and pains. I am sure that this group as a whole has a lot of experience with strains, sprains and so on. Thanks again guys, I look forward to being able to answer questions, or possibly treat some of you in our new clinic. I will keep you all posted on our official opening date.
